Ocean Village has won first place in the category of Communications and 2nd runner up in the category of Disaster Preparedness for the 2009 Communities of Excellence Award sponsored by the Florida Community Association Journal and Becker and Poliakoff... OCEAN VILLAGE IS A WINNER IN THE CATEGORY OF FINANCIAL INNOVATION FOR 2010 TOO! We also were named finalists in the 2011 Disaster Preparedness category! CONGRATULATIONS!
Attention all residents! You have not seen Ocean Village until you enter the oasis which is the Tiki Bar! At the Tiki Bar area, you will also note the expanded pool deck and a new recreational sports area including two new bocce courts, a basketball court and 4 shuffleboard courts. These new amenities are surrounded by beautiful landcaped beds edged in cut capstone with paver walkways and over 75 new palm trees.
The Tiki Bar is open 7 days per week (weather permitting) from 9:00 a.m. to dusk, with a fantastic menu and full liquor bar! Reminder...The Tiki Bar is open to residents only. Please wear your Ocean Village wristband for service!
