The Beach Club at Ocean Village is a private club that is located on 3500 feet of unspoiled Florida beachfront. Enjoy a Pi�a Colada at the private Tiki bar where residents come to catch up with friends, play a game of Jenga or listen to live local music. Burn away calories at the fitness center or enjoy a game of Mahjong in the cozy card room.

Cayman Center

The Cayman Center has BBQ grills, shuffleboard courts and a large pool area. The interior clubhouse is nice for social functions and is located near Capstan, Catamaran I, Golf Villas and Seascape I communities. The Cayman Center is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink and cabinet space. For private party reservations please contact the Recreation Department.

Pickleball

A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Golf & Tennis

Golf and Tennis info can be located at the Golf and Tennis Shack. The golf and tennis season begins December 15th.

Clubhouse

The OV Clubhouse is located beside the POA & Real Estate offices and is closest to the Beach Club. It's used for many Village functions including large meetings and private parties.

Restaurant

A hideaway along the Atlantic ocean with great food ,service and entertainment.

Beachclub

The Beach Club features the main pool at Ocean Village. The Recreation department is physically located there, the Fitness Center, the restaurant (The Inn at Ocean Village) and the Private Tiki Bar.

Aruba

The Aruba Center is the newest clubhouse on the property which has two meeting rooms for various group functions. A small kitchen area featuring microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and sink is on the premises and is great for private social functions. The Aruba Center is located on the southernmost area of the property and is within walking distance to the beach.
